This is a day to celebrate, and commit to keep fighting for gender equality!

Entering the 2020s, we've made strides in the effort of achieving gender equality, but there is still much to be done. It's easy to view the gender parity movement as a women's issue, but in reality it is an issue that relates to all of us.

Gender parity and equality will benefit everyone, and in order to achieve this, we all must band together and speak out.

I am incredibly proud of my women colleagues, who have gone above and beyond in their work. They’ve inspired me and many others as well. This is a day to celebrate all the achievements of women and continue our commitment to raise awareness, fight bias, and push for equality!

I'm also extremely grateful and inspired by my wife and daughters, who are setting new trends and pursuing their goals. They’re unstoppable!

Collectively, let’s work towards building a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
