I work with a lot of would-be business acquirers and one of the mistakes that I see them making is not fully understanding what the accounts of a target business are telling them. This can lead to costly mistakes being made

If you are looking to buy a business and you need help to financially evaluate the deal then let me help you. As a private investor myself (who has bought a number of companies) and a qualified accountant I have reviewed hundreds of sets of accounts not only for myself but for other dealmakers too.

If you need help understanding what the financials of a business are telling you then this is what I will do for you:

✅Analyse the last 3 years of accounts (plus current year management accounts if available)

✅Prepare 5 year financial forecasts

✅Prepare an initial valuation of the business

✅Suggest deal structures that would work

✅Provide you with cash flow forecasts for the next 5 years

✅Produce a full report highlighting everything that you need to be aware of

✅Write a business plan that will help you to raise any finance that you might require

Once the report is produced and you have reviewed it we can then have a follow up call so that I can answer any questions that you might still have. This will help you during further discussions with the seller as you will feel more confident.
