A PLAN FOR CHANGE
On Wednesday 12th December the government published the new National Planning Policy Framework, and we at PGE fully support this.
This represents a step change to the planning policy environment that is needed to support the delivery of new homes and communities at a far quicker pace. These changes to the planning rules, coupled with the government’s proposed procedural measures to speed up and improve the quality of decision-making announced this month, should result in a pro-growth planning system that supports the Plan for Change.
VISTRY EXTENDS RELATIONSHIPS WITH PGE LANDSCAPING
We are excited to announce that PGE have been entrusted with the grounds maintenance contract for Lower Heathcote (Warwick Gates).
This is an extension to our current relationship with Vistry, which reflects a shared commitment to restoring the standards residents desrve and ensuring Lower Heathcote thrives as a space for everyone to enjoy.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY CLOSURE
Thank you for your continued support and the opportunities to work with you this year. From all of us at PGE Landscaping, we wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a joyful holiday season.
Our office will be closed from Friday, 20th December, and will reopen on Monday, 6th January. This closure allows our hardworking team to enjoy a well-deserved break and spend quality time with their loved ones.
