Deciphering Real Estate Data

Deciphering Real Estate Data

Dear real estate community,

Today I am launching a newsletter. I promise to deliver only useful information that will guide you toward a data-driven business.

Why do you need this?

Data is ‘eating’ real estate.

Every real estate professional I talk to wants a better way to collect, organize, and analyze their business data. Modern technology seems to be the answer, but companies still rely on spreadsheets.

Why?

The industry has invested a lot in the past years into revolutionary technologies, but the players, especially medium-sized companies, don’t have an easy way to adopt new IT solutions without a team of experts.

Sure, deciphering tech talk without a Rosetta Stone (or an IT consultant), can be difficult.

But I’ve got good news for you:

today's technologies are much easier to use even for beginners!

If you can write a logical expression in Excel, you’re fit to lead the digital revolution!

Do you think your business is too small and you don’t have a (big enough) IT team?

Think again!

Your lean organization is your main advantage.

If you’re lean you don’t have to deal with many legacy systems and have freedom to work smart.

Working smart means making small but meaningful changes toward building your own data-driven business.

With my newsletter I want to help you break down the IT jargon around data topics, modern IT architecture, and APIs.

Subscribed, thank you Ivan. How can commercial real estate data with such low transaction frequency (and precision, e.g. headline rents vs giveaways) drive decision making?
