These decisions made me millions…

One thing I learned from raising my business from the ground to making millions on repeat through making a lot of difference? 

Behind every big, bold success is a series of big, bold decisions. 

You know, those decisions and steps forward that are super-aligned with your vision, but are scary AF? Yes, those. 

That’s why I - just like every woman who lives in her purpose and is generously rewarded for it - have consciously made many big bold moves that at times have scared the hell out of me: 

➤ The decision to close my offline business, letting go of all the little security I had at the time, and venturing into the online world with zero knowledge, client base or experience. I was SO scared. But I knew I just had to do it… unless I wanted to stay ‘somewhat’ safe, but unknown and unfulfilled forever. 

Result: The first two months were like walking on a thin bridge above the Grand Canyon. Scary, scary, scary. The third month? Turned out to be my first £20K month. Within a year I was running a successful 6-figure a year international coaching business, running into 7-figures a year over time. 

➤ The big, bold move to retire my husband (by mutual agreement of course!) so he could take care of our little ones while I focused on my business. 

Result: A deepened connection with my husband. A safer, more loving home environment. The freedom and space to choose how much time and energy I invest into my business, and how much time I spend with my loved ones, myself, and on those things I enjoy. 

➤ The decision to invest the money I didn’t have into my first high-level coach and group coaching programme.

Result: I rewired my relationship with debt - which served me in the future whilst I was scaling my business to 7 figures. And a record cash month at the time, recouping the entire investment within a couple of months. 

➤ The big, bold move to sign a £50K contract to run my first luxury VIP in-person event for women entrepreneurs.

Result: A deepened connection with my clients. Massive elevation of my brand. Scaled revenues, clients etc. Truly living in my zone of genius (priceless!) 

➤ Many big, bold decisions to let go of what was working perfectly, to create the space for something even bigger and better.

Result: Constant growth and innovation. And many returning clients who chose to go with me through the next growth curve. 

➤ Many big, bold moves to run programmes for which I did not feel ready; write and publish a book for which I was not ready; hire coaches for which I was not ready.

Result: Running the business of my dreams. Living the life of my dreams. 

Why am I writing all this today? 

Because I know that there is some kind of big, bold move knocking on your mind and heart right now. 

Maybe it’s a nudge to let go of something that works and keeps you safe. 

Maybe it’s a nudge to massively change something. 

Maybe it’s a nudge to commit to something. 

Maybe it’s a nudge to afford yourself something. 

Maybe it’s a nudge to do something. 

Whatever it might be, it makes your Human a little (or very!!) uncomfortable…. Because, it's the energy of NEW! And anything new triggers a part of our brain that wants to preserve our current sense of identity. In other words, if we keep listening to that aspect of ourselves, we keep remaining far smaller than we are meant to be. (And oh, oh: Next time, it will be even harder to honour such intuitive guidance.) 

These nudges are whispers from your Soul. 

An invitation to become far MORE than you are today. 

It’s an invitation to create even more impact - on your life, and on the world. 

It’s your Soul’s invitation to trust, lean in, and fly…. 

Listen to your Soul, my dear. 

Rewards are not always immediate. Sometimes the most meaningful decisions will take you on a big learning and change curve. 

But ultimately - it’s through those big, bold decisions that you will create the big, bold business and life you are dreaming about. 

Trust. Decide….and make that big, bold move.
