We've spent the last two years trying to distill down the DNA of an A-Player. Here is our evolving definition of the A-Player in PE:

Leveraging forward-looking insights, they demand transparency, drive proactive decisions, and work to unify PE stakeholders to achieve shared goals. With a relentless focus on results and a standard of leadership and agility, they elevate performance and propel the organization toward sustained success.
