2yWe need to bring the Tech industry back to America. The industry must understand that it needs to invest in American Technology, not out-source it to make it better. In addition, the nation must reform its Information infrastructure in order to save it. Not every aspect of banking, water/waste management, medicine, etc, should be online where it can be easily accessed unlawfully. In conclusion, better security and management should be implemented in order for the new infrastructure to take its place. Only after it has been fully imporved and bench-tested and debugged. thoroughly.
