Delegation of US senior tech execs to visit Israel in show of support

In a show of solidarity and support with the Israeli people and business community during this time of war, 65 investors, CEOs, and senior executives of US-based technology, venture capital, and private equity firms will land in Tel Aviv next week for a three-day series of economic planning sessions, solidarity discussions, and support meetings.

"The arrival and support of this incredible group of investors and executives are very meaningful for Israel’s business ecosystem and for all of us personally. These personal and economic relationships will be crucial for building a better future.” Aleph Founder, Michael Eisenberg

The group includes leaders from Bain Capital , Meetup , Apollo Global Management, Inc. Houzz , TPG , Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE) , and many others. It represents the first and largest group of its kind to visit Israel since October 7.

“After October 7th, we feel it is critical for venture capital and technology business leaders to stand with Israel. That means more than donating, but also being present to say that we have always been and will always be there to support Israel’s flourishing tech ecosystem. We will invest and continue to stand with 'Start-Up Nation',” said David Siegel , CEO of Meetup.com and co-organizer of the Israeli Tech Mission. “Our trip was oversubscribed for attendees. The technology community recognizes the heightened need for support as many Israeli entrepreneurs and their workforces are on the front lines as reservists.”

The group intends to reinforce the bond between U.S. and Israeli venture and technology communities through discussion sessions with political and business leaders, volunteering, visiting soldiers, connecting Israeli tech entrepreneurs with funding sources, and visiting the locations of Hamas’ terrorism and devastation in the South. The group will also meet with families of hostages still held captive.

"Smart investors understand Israel’s resilience and that today is actually the perfect time to invest in Israel," said Michael Eisenberg - Venture Capitalist & Author , founder, and Managing Partner of Aleph , "The arrival and support of this incredible group of investors and executives are very meaningful for Israel’s business ecosystem and for all of us personally. What a genuine heart felt move by so many for a very worthy cause! When so many are supporting the terroist Hamas unjustly. Be blessed sacred Isreal! We need to supporting Isreal and Ukraine, our southern border cost nothing to solve, but cost us everything to not stop the illegal flood of illegal aliens. Instead it’s reported they get licenses and bussed to everywhere. It’s apparently a horrible thing to do, the border is not closed. Newsmax reports. Artvisions.tv
