(Delphi), a leading multi-market construction management company, is proud to announce the launch of its Construction Management Training Program (CMTP), designed to provide recent college graduates with an immersive and comprehensive training program. This 3-year program aims to equip them with the skills, knowledge, and expertise necessary to excel in essential construction industry disciplines.

In an industry where skilled talent is both vital and increasingly scarce, Delphi recognizes the need to cultivate and retain top-tier professionals who are ready to grow with the company. The CMTP program was developed to address this challenge by offering a structured, experience-based training platform.

Delphi is building on its strong background in the industry to take a significant step towards fostering talent and ensuring the future of construction through the CMTP. This program not only creates valuable opportunities for young professionals but also ensures that Delphi continues to be staffed with capable and dynamic individuals who are prepared to take on the evolving demands of the industry.

The CMTP offers monthly focus-based training sessions led by dedicated facilitators and supported by an external employee development company specialized in nurturing talent and team building. Participants will benefit from a well-rounded development experience that includes exposure to pre-project planning, day-to-day construction management, and project delivery.

• Candidate interviews: November 13-15, 2024
• Acceptance letters go out: December 13, 2024
• Orientation week: June 10-13, 2025
