Demos of Practical Usages of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) Emotion Recognition and Potential Applications in Business

Some time ago, I developed my own A.I. model to recognize human emotions. Quite frankly, the model's capabilities and potential usages have completely surpassed my expectations. With the A.I. model, I can capture facial expressions and emotion data from videos or streams on a real-time basis. The demo video below is me using the A.I. model to recognize and capture the emotion of the actress Emilia Clarke in an interview.

Potential A.I. Emotion Recognition Applications in Business Settings

A.I. emotion recognition can help a business learn about customers' emotions towards a particular product, service, or subject matter. For example, in a focus group setting, A.I. emotion recognition can go above and beyond customers' sentiments and recognize customers' emotions toward the subject. The demo video below demonstrates how my A.I. model help to capture participants' emotion in a focus group setting in a movie.

Below is another demo video demonstrates how my A.I model capture audiences' emotion in a roller coaster ride video.

By using A.I. model to recognize emotions, businesses can now have a much better understanding of how their customers "truly feel," and they can better engineer products, services, and experiences that their customers genuinely satisfy.

My academic background is Tourism. And for me this is one of the future possiilities of tourism research. No client/guest wants to answer dozens of questions about what are they feeling and what their profile is. Definitely AI facial recognition applications and mobile data collection are the present and future of management and research.
