Deng Xiaoping, in his 1992 "Southern Tour Speech, explicitly put forward the strategic idea that "development is the only hard truth". I believe that the Belt and Road Initiative, through promoting economic cooperation and common development, aims to bring prosperity and peace to countries and regions along the route, showcasing the "hard truth" of resolving conflicts through development around the world.

The Belt and Road Initiative is a global cooperation initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping in 2013, aimed at promoting common development among participating countries and regions by facilitating infrastructure construction, trade, and investment.
