Describe a time at DH when you got better? What did you do? What did that unlock for you? 

DH has given me so many opportunities to grow professionally and personally; I believe I’m a better person because of this job. I am more confident and clear when I communicate with people and I have faith in myself to do hard things… and excel. 

Describe a time at DH when someone else made you better? What did they do? How did that impact you personally and professionally? 

My entire team has made me better. Hands down. My managers Jen and Ali saw opportunities in me and cultivated them; our project managers have pushed me to be detail oriented and to look ahead and assess potential impacts; our strategy team has opened my eyes to new ways of thinking and taught me about new platforms; our creative team has inspired me with their prowess and tenacity. Everyone I work with is incredible: insanely smart, kind, driven, fun, and great at what they do. 

What is your favorite memory at DH? 

Being able to hang out in person with my team in the kitchen, around a conference room table, or at a bar. 

What advice would you have given yourself 5 years ago?

I would tell myself “Very soon, you’re going to become a part of something very special. You’re going to make life long friends and grow in ways you cannot yet see…take it all in. Appreciate knowing you’re in the middle of something amazing while you’re in it. This kind of opportunity doesn’t come around often.”
