Let's talk about goals, success and failure. Did you set goals for 2023? Are you on track or even measuring your success? What are you doing to stay on goal or adjust and refocus for success? Do you even know where to start?

For 12 years, I traveled the world fixing broken companies. Now in 2023, I am back helping companies once again. I offer a 6 month program that will get anyone, anywhere, any company back on track. Recruiting is included in this program at no additional charge as it is a critical to the SUCCESS of any company because it is ALWAYS part of the problem.

It doesn't hurt to talk but in full transparency, here is what we will do together

Month 1

a.      Employee Surveys (F2F, email or Zoom) Let's find out what your problems really are.

b.      Owner (20 Questions) Why did you start the company and would you do it again?

c.      Contracts Review

d.      4-year financial review (% conversion) Everything will be represented as a % of gross revenue.

e.      Goal Setting/expectations

Month 2

f.       Deliver employee survey results. Identify issues & concerns

g.      Owner Questions results. Are you where you want to be?

h.      Deliver 4-year spreadsheet with % columns.

i.       Review hiring needs/onboarding/documents/agreements/JDs

j.       Review Financial needs/questions/concerns

k.      Interview & Onboarding training

l.       Goal review/Meeting expectations

Month 3

m.    Begin hiring/firing as needed

n.     Addressing issues & concerns

o.     Implement changes

p.     Goal review/Meeting expectations

Month 4

q.      Continue hiring as needed

r.       Continue to address issues & concerns

s.      Continue Implementing changes

t.       Assessment of hiring/issues/change progress

u.      Goal review/Meeting expectations

Month 5

v.      Observe ownership/management under new changes/programs

w.    Review financials and determine tweaks

x.      Goal review/Meeting expectations

Month 6

y.      End of agreement employee survey. Did we change for the better?

z.      End of Agreement owner survey. Did we change for the better?

aa.  Teaching/training on ongoing financial % assessment

bb.  Review of all company documents provided by consultant

cc.   Recommendation/referral
