Two key documents central to this shift are the BIM Management Plan and the Regular Project Plan. While both serve as guiding frameworks, they differ markedly in scope, objectives, and approaches. The BIM Management Plan is intricately designed to navigate the intricacies of implementing BIM processes throughout the entire lifecycle of a building project.
