1yThe challenge is that people are less and less prepared to participate in difficult conversations Tony Schools and universities have moved away from the Socratic teaching method where people need to stand up and advocate for ideas and we have become a world where people are far more comfortable conversing asynchronously which leads to miscommunication, mistrust and messaging not being understood effectively. We need to get back to face to face, live and interactive conversations where we hear, understand and value each other.
