Identify and focus on the main potential new future revenue streams from future digital customers, based on the above.

1y2 things stand out for me from your article, Frank: #1. Having trustworthy partners and vendors. You won't' go far alone or even with your internal team only. Requirements for IT environments are too complex. Having trusted vendors is a must. #2. Anticipating ROI from implementations. IT projects too often generate negative ROI. And it's not only the IT problem. Business processes create overhead which company has to bare with. WhatIT can do about it is at least providing tools as efficiently as possible not to generate additional costs. Thank you for insightful post! 🙂
