Discomfort (and the urge to create)
How to navigate the Creative Lifecycle and find YOUR unique creative voice

Discomfort (and the urge to create)

Discomfort: a feeling there is more inside you that wants to express itself. A creative urge to EXPRESS a song! A poem! A letter! An essay! A novel! A painting? A tapestry! Or a creation of many different pieces - using textiles, papers, ephemera or things you found and wish to assemble in a whole new way?

This is the urge to create. It’s a very human impulse.

After all, we are all creative beings, even those of us that think “I can’t draw!”, or tell ourselves “I don’t have a single creative bone in my body.”

How can you create today?

What one step can you take to express yourself creatively today?

Sing! Dance! Make art, a photograph, cut something up and collage it with glue, paint something in colours that lift your soul, that make your heart sing!

If any one of this resonates then come check out Creativity Sparks. It’s a 4 month workshop I’m running to help people just like you - people who are ready to prioritise their creativity and find a way to make it not just a part of their daily life, but to understand the magical path that creativity leads to —a way to deepen your Intuition and find the true gold within your soul that it is literally dying to express.
