1wManaging innovative projects today goes far beyond completing tasks and meeting deadlines. I am striving to expand my knowledge to deliver greater value by aligning short- and long-term strategies. I believe the era of large, standalone projects is over. We need to think in terms of large programs and portfolios, creating a long-term vision driven by purpose while leveraging agile methods for quick deliveries and course corrections in the short term. By implementing simple solutions for immediate problems and maintaining a clear direction for the future, we can create a much greater and more sustainable impact.
