Discover Passion: Exploring Diverse Experiences Before Graduation
As I inch closer to graduation, my journey has been far from typical. Balancing multiple roles—each offering its own set of challenges and rewards—has shaped me in ways I never anticipated. From working full-time as IT Support at Cipta Grafika, interning as a Backend Developer at SchoolTech Indonesia, mentoring CC students at Bangkit Academy, to attending evening classes, I’ve discovered that growth isn’t just about knowledge; it’s about managing time, building character, and embracing new experiences.
Here's how my diverse commitments have fueled my passion and shaped my journey:
Mastering Time Management
Working full-time as IT Support from Monday to Saturday while interning at SchoolTech required precision in managing my time. With a flexible schedule at SchoolTech, I learned to structure my day to maintain productivity in both roles. Then, add mentoring at Bangkit Academy, which requires at least 20 hours per week, and evening classes from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM—time management became essential for survival.

By treating my time as an investment, I learned to prioritize tasks, set boundaries, and make sure each moment was productive.
Self-Improvement through Diverse Roles
Each of these roles taught me something different. At Cipta Grafika, I’m sharpening my problem-solving skills and learning to adapt quickly to new IT challenges. At SchoolTech, I’m gaining technical expertise as a Backend Developer and pushing my coding skills. Mentoring at Bangkit Academy has been an exercise in leadership and empathy, helping me connect with students and guide them through their challenges.
These varied experiences pushed me out of my comfort zone, ensuring I was constantly growing.

Developing a Growth Mindset
One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is to embrace challenges. Whether it’s debugging a complex code issue or balancing deadlines between my job, internship, and mentorship, I’ve come to see these challenges as opportunities for growth. A growth mindset has been key in overcoming the hurdles along the way.

Character Development through Multitasking
Balancing work, internships, mentorship, and school taught me discipline, patience, and perseverance. It's easy to get overwhelmed, but these responsibilities pushed me to be better organized and resilient. I learned that multitasking isn't about doing everything at once but focusing on what matters at each moment.
Through it all, I’ve developed a stronger sense of responsibility and accountability for my work and to those I mentor.
Building Strong Connections
At Bangkit Academy, I had the opportunity to mentor students from diverse backgrounds, which helped me strengthen my communication and leadership skills. Collaborating with colleagues at Cipta Grafika and SchoolTech further taught me how to work with different teams and adapt to different working styles. These relationships have been crucial to my personal and professional development.

Maintaining a Healthy Work-Life Balance
With such a packed schedule, burnout can be a real threat. To avoid this, I’ve learned to take short breaks, set realistic goals, and prioritize rest. This balance not only keeps me productive but also ensures I maintain my passion for everything I do.
Conclusion
Balancing multiple roles has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life. Each position, from full-time IT support to mentoring at Bangkit Academy, has contributed to my personal and professional growth. These diverse experiences have helped me develop better time management, grow my skillset, and build meaningful relationships.
By the time I graduate, I won’t just have a degree—I’ll have a wealth of experience, a stronger character, and a clearer understanding of my passions. My journey has shown me that success isn’t just about knowledge, but about how we manage our time, embrace challenges, and grow through diverse opportunities.
