DISS-CO´s - Webinar series starts!

In our webinar series we will provide an overview of national whistleblower protection laws. Anna B. is dedicated to the Italian, Lillian Freitas to the Portuguese, Nikolaos Markopanagiotis rkopanagiotis to the Greek and Benjamin Afshari to the German and Austrian whistleblower protection law. The regulations represent the national implementation of EU Directive 2019/1937 and impose the obligation to implement it at national level on all EU countries. With the national implementations of the directive, companies, especially legal entities in the public and private sectors everywhere, are now obliged to establish a confidential and in some cases, an anonymous and secure whistleblowing channel for internal and external users, including employees and business partners. Practical implementation and follow-up tips will be provided to guide participants through the challenges of implementing an internal whistleblower system.
