Do all Corrupted Politicians still have a Plan to boost the Foreign Reserves in the Country ?. But Mr. Dammika Perera has.

Most famous Sri Lankan Business Leader Mr. Dammika Perera has clearly outlined his strategy and action plan to boost the foreign reserves in the country and generate the additional inflow of USD 8 billion. but still we could not see any action plan or any path of a political leader or any government officials is showing and presenting their ones to save the country. They are still fighting and blaming each others in the parliament and getting approvals for their needs. Mr. Dammika Perera is a great leader who believes the new technology and new young generation so he presented his action plan online in Sinhala and English language with an audio book for easy reference of Sri Lankan general public. Definitely we should find the immediate solutions for the social issues due to lacking basic needs and political instability of the country. Then we must think wisely how to make strengthen our foreign reserves and how to increase our productions. The only path for that is being united as a nation and stopping the fights in the parliament. Unfortunately we can not see still that is happening, In such a situation, presenting a wise plan to save the country to the general public is a some kind of pain release for the people and worth to read.  

Before blaming or criticizing someone's effort or work, at least we must read him or herself carefully. Than blaming by using particular bad rumors about Mr. Dammika Perera, it is really worth to read his plan and understand by yourself its feasibility. The most important thing is that, Sri Lankan current government will not have to incur any additional capital investment to start this action plan to boost the foreign reserves. Initially he presented 7 Nos of key points and after the public opinions he gathered he changed his plan and finally outlined a 12 key strategies to give solutions for the current problem. Most of these 12 strategy plans are policy changes. To do Policy changes, Politicians must be got together and must work together. They must raise hand for good decisions without any parties and color changes. His twelve Strategies and Action plan encompasses all the requires ministries and subject areas with saving measures such as tourism, agriculture, security, finance, education, ICT sector, Medical Sector, Environment and Natural Resources, foreign affaires etc.

Basically what i am trying to do is through newsletter, I will make your self ready to read his action plan and comment. Then he will be more active and he will do more because I believe that admiring and acceptance of some ones good work are heavy weapons to change the world. He always talks and presents with facts and figures. He has a plan to increase the GDP per capita from USD 4000 to USD 12000. He mentioned that policies must be changed to extend the tourist visa validity period one month to six months, then more tourists will stay in the country and more foreign currency will flow to the country. This policy change will bring 10% of estimated tourism revenue to the country and that is USD 450 million. The question is why the politicians were not thinking about these things and why these suggestions are not taken into consideration. My suggestion is all these 12 key strategy plan of Mr. Dammika Perera must be debated and discussed with pros and cos for the public. He introduce a special plan to issue a ten year residence visa for foreign citizens who would deposit USD100,000 in banks for 10 years in Sri Lanka. if this is successfully initiated and targets covered, Sri Lanka can get USD 5 billion in 5 years time and it is an additional foreign reserve inflow to the country.

Like wise he has methodically outlined his economic growth strategy and plan to boost the foreign reserve in the country. In this time no point of wasting time and we must select a winning person who will take the baton and run the race. i would like to add little thing for his economic growth plan, In corona time we clearly saw all the PHIs were working very hard due the severity of the pandemic situation and if not, we would have been to die. Like PHIs, There are persons in every regional offices called Economic development officers. So If a clear guidance with reachable targets and good leadership have been given to them to train our young generation to bring the dollars to country through e-money and freelancing jobs from internets. It is cristal clear sure that they will walk to home to home and they will train the young to do the needful. If one younger create one dollar, at the end you can think about the result, Only thing we need a good political leadership to implement these good thoughts, Finally leaving with this good positive thoughts, I will conclude this small newsletter with a hope of my motherland will be a strong nation in the world freely without any fear.
