Do This Every Year
85% of what people worried about never happened, I am not stating it randomly, research at Cornell University conducted a study that followed people over an extended time and found 85 percent of what people worried about never happened.
Sweden is Ranked the 13th Safest Country in the World. A baffling 63 percent of Sweden said they worried about crime and violence despite living in a relatively safe country.
So, we are now encountering the fact that what we are worried about, will not impact our lives that much in the future.
To get it to realization every year or whenever we are stuck at some point in our lives and in a situation of panic while thinking of something that is not going to happen, follow these steps :
Write down these 10 things in the questions segment :
Now, fill it with what you control or what you don't. For example, if you control your birth, put a tick mark on the side of ' what you control '. I hope you any human will not go on this path :p
Moving forward, you fill up all the columns, and all your questions are now divided into what you control and what you don't. You must encounter a harsh reality check.
This reality check will help you to recover yourself from the delusion of worrying about something that is not true.
