1yExtremely insightful episode! I have been contemplating how to frame my approach/experience with this (as I keep friends separate from work and it was painful to learn this lesson) for an upcoming panel I'm on, so it has been on my mind. I never considered the drivers for the recent push on "having friends" at work and really appreciate your insight that definitely rings true.

1yCongratulations on Season 7! When Scott MacGregor had you speak with our group at The Outlier Project, I started listening (and learning) to #BrownTableTalk. Thank you for helping me be a better ally.
I really appreciate this episode. So much of what was shared resonates, especially about the emotional safety that comes with setting boundaries.
Excellent work
