  2. Encourage open communication: Create regular opportunities for feedback and dialogue. Implement and honour an open-door policy.
  3. Recognize and appreciate efforts: Celebrate big wins and small victories. Acknowledge effort, not outcomes.
  4. Foster social connections: Create opportunities for team bonding, both at and outside of work. Encourage peer support networks.
  5. Promote work-life balance: Offer flexible working arrangements where possible and respect off-hours and vacation time.
  6. Provide growth opportunities: Offer professional development and learning opportunities and support career progression within the organization.
  7. Implement wellness initiatives: Offer wellness programs that address physical and mental health. Provide resources for stress management and resilience building.
  8. Create a physically comfortable environment: Ensure ergonomic workspaces. Provide quiet spaces for focus work and relaxation.
