Do you feel tired every day?
I notice, quite often, how people complain about how tired they feel during the day. I even see some who say they didn't want to feel so tired.
This made me reflect a little on the subject, and I noticed that I also often woke up tired and even wanting that feeling to go away.
Recently, reading a book about the power of the mind, I realized that we can eliminate tiredness from our body with the strength of our mind.
The focus cannot be on fatigue
When reading this book, the author said that our focus cannot be on what we don't want, but on what we want. After all, our mind does not know how to recognize no.
Then I thought: “wow, we always apply the concepts of the focus of the mind to try to attract wealth, health, but we forget to apply it in small details”.
So, every day I woke up and that thought came: “how tired I am”. Soon I would replace it thinking: “I am quite willing and with a lot of energy to face the day that is starting”.
I confess that at first it took a while to have an effect. But still I tried to keep my mind focused on the disposition.
Gradually the fatigue began to disappear
With time and focus on energy availability, tiredness began to disappear from my routine, and when I least realized it, I was already jumping out of bed humming.

It's amazing how we can dominate our mind. I confess that I have always been a little skeptical of the true power that my mind has.
Back then I thought that was talk, and that those who are born rich have everything to continue, and those who are born poor have more difficulty growing in life.
However, I saw that I could grow in life with the strength of my mind. And I focused so much on what everything conspired in favor of my growth.
But after some time I practically forgot about this law. My subconscious cleared up, and success came naturally to my life.
Today I pay attention to applying it in other areas of my life, such as in terms of disposition, and I have seen that it really has a bad effect.
Take the focus off the tiredness of your life
I used my example, so you can see that it is possible to focus on tiredness in your life. I see that many people suffer from this and cannot find the way.
I think it's very important to incorporate physical exercise to give you more energy, as well as maintaining a healthy diet throughout the week.
But if you don't get tired out of your mind, no matter how much you take care of your body, you'll wake up every day with that feeling of tiredness that will never stop. Do you agree?
