Do you have a growth mindset ? Check these traits in yourself
Passionate: Are you driven by Passion or Routine ? As an employee you love what you do or you continuously regret for one or the other reason and is never happy. Employees with a growth mindset are motivated to continuously improve and develop their skills. If you want to grow than self motivation and continuous improvement are going to be the two keys to succeed
Cooperative & Supportive: Do you believe that "once you share you get to learn more /sharing is caring " or you are highly insecure to share what you know . They recognize the value of learning from their peers and working collaboratively. Employees with this trait help and appreciate their environment to share and learn and meet a goal together
Willingness & Self Driven: If you seek to have challenges , confront it and have solution to resolve and Even if you face adversity you persist in pursuing their goals. You are driven by yourself and do not get easily influenced .

Receptive to feedback and continuous learning: If you are only keen to listen good words about yourself then you are not growing , you are pretending and pleasing each other. Whatever criticism you get , receive it in a way as if its a new beginning for you .Learn from your mistakes and imperfections .
Adaptable to new strategies and innovation: Do you easily accept failures ? Are you hesitant to change ? then you are not adaptable enough to grow . You need to be open ,approachable, ready to change and ready to explore new horizons then only you are growing.

6moIncubation or practicing of growth mindset depends upon the environment around you. To follow this you need to focus on the process not the result but Our seniors nowadays don't have patience and they are always on your head for results only. They need only results and create enormous pressure therefore robbing us off attaining growth mindset. This is my practical experience earned from today's Indian corporate lifestyle. Sangita Sarkar

6moCultivating a growth mindset involves celebrating progress, valuing effort over innate talent, and viewing setbacks as learning experiences. It's a powerful approach that can transform how we perceive our capabilities and the possibilities for our future.

6monice elaboration Sangita Sarkar sarkar of a fixed mind set and growth mind set. critics are an important element to make yourself corrected wherever there is an opportunity to improve based on the feedback received. there is always an opportunity to learn from your senior as well as from subordinate. growth is an outcome based on your working style. The growth mind set always remains transparent and shares the knowledge and skill to down the line team . Training your down the line team and keeping learning new things will help to grow . where ever fixed mind set is a conventional way of working and do micro manager trying to keep control , avoid sharing because of fear factor of their current position and will not grow as well as his team will also not grow because of the fixed mind set
