Do You Have a Success Routine?
According to Darren Hardy in his book The Compound Effect, he shares that the two times we have the most control over our day are at the beginning and the end of our day.
If that's true, let's make the most of the entire day by mastering the first part and last part to set the tone for the middle.
Hal Elrod shares in his book The Miracle Morning six key things he does every morning to set himself up to win the day. These include meditating, affirmations, visualizing success, exercise, reading & journaling.
Routine can either have a positive or negative connotation to it. Some think it can be restricting and stifle creativity. I choose to think of it as rather liberating and as the foundation on which to create an epic day. As David Allen, author of Getting Things Done often states, "The way to the sublime is through the mundane."
