Many successful executives at the start of their career have lots of opportunities of people approaching them with promotions without them really having to do much about it. They just deliver results and keep getting offered exciting opportunities without having to proactively work at it.

Add to that the myths and realities of executive hiring today and many people are confused by or are misguided by what you need to do to land your next opportunity as an executive.
Thousands of executives were interviewed by me in my corporate days at Xbox, Amazon, Microsoft, BMW, Sema Group, and Marconi, along with now advising hundreds of CEOs on their strategy and organization since launching my innovation and strategy business 11 years ago.
CEOs and executives contact me every day to ask for career advice for both within their company and changing companies and I wanted to create a scalable way to support as many executives as possible.
