Today I’ll talk about if you’ll need a lawyer involved in your real estate transaction. In North New Jersey, it’s typically an attorney that handles the real estate transaction from contract to closing. However, in South New Jersey, lawyers are much less involved in the process unless something serious happens. To hear more details, watch this short video.
