Doeren Mayhew acquires Kaplan Merzlak

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Kaplan Merzlak has roughly a $3 million practice. Doeren Mayhew earned $17 million in annual revenue and ranked No. 51 on Accounting Today's 2022 list of the Top 100 Firms.
