Does Nutrition Impact Productivity of Work?

Currently, there are still many people who are still not getting enough daily nutrition and eating irregularly that supports daily activities both at work and outside the workplace. Here I will explain Diet Quality, Health factors, and Mental/Personal Health to Workplace Productivity

Dietary nutrient density can have two effects: a direct and immediate effect that is mediated through improved nutritional status, resilience, and mental performance, and an indirect effect that is delayed and mediated through reduced risk of another disease. Good nutrition can reduce various kinds of diseases or malnutrition such as; symptoms of fatigue, dizziness, and weight loss. Malnutrition that is not treated can lead to physical or mental disabilities.

Weight loss is an interesting case in point, although obesity has been reported to contribute to lower productivity in many studies even a substantial weight loss did not lead to improved productivity. On one hand, doing a good diet program also affects the process of losing weight, because a good diet doesn't starve, it just fills you with the right nutrition. if it is not right then the body also becomes weak and dizzy which results in loss of focus and reduces productivity at work.

Mental health is also one of the important things that can link other diseases to growing

Most importantly, having mental health disorders doesn’t mean that you are “crazy.” In actuality, mental health impacts millions of people across the country. Mental health can occur because of stress, anxiety, depression, and lifestyle. it's natural but ways to reduce and prevent it such as; doing physical activity and staying physically active (sports), maintaining positive thoughts, maintaining adequate sleep and rest. and gather with supportive people.

Summary: By maintaining proper nutrition of the body, it can prevent us from various diseases such as fatigue, dizziness, and weight loss, even though it can be physical or mental disabilities. So, by taking good care of it, the body is much more relaxed, the body will also produce its metabolism by adding regular exercise and having good mental health.
