Don't Rely on Positive Thinking and Healthy Eating when Getting in Shape.

Welcome to this week's short and sweet weekly newsletter.

If you want to have..

• More body confidence

• Higher levels of motivation

• More presence and positivity in your health and future

Positive thinking won't work.

What will?

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟯 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻.

Firstly, you want to start with your motivation.

Secondly, you want to try something completely different.

Thirdly, you want to start measuring for success as you consistently get great results

How?

𝗕𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Try this exercise:

Imagine..

Walking into the boardroom, head held high, shoulders back, looking and feeling your best..

Confident, clear-headed and focused.

Imagine..

Being on that beach, with your wife, looking at you the way she used to..

Proud of your physique and boundless energy, as you play with your kids.

Imagine..

Your positive impact and energy as you inspire others, commanding the respect of your peers through truth, honesty and your clear commitment to self-betterment and health..

Elevating the spirits and performance of your workforce, team and clients.

Imagine..

Being optimistic about what your future has installed for you..

Your health standards and ideals are now in alignment with your goals and results, after finally putting yourself first

Can you imagine that?

Do you have that clear picture in your mind?

Well done.

1. You've now set a proper goal.

2. Focus on that instead of a number on a scales.

You just successfully completed the first step of the entire process, which is motivation.

Speak next week as as always, happy to help.

Welcome to the Peak Performance Project.

"He with a why can overcome any how".. Ivan doesn't look so sure.

PS: It's easy to tell yourself you're too busy to get in shape or that you enjoy food too much.

That's why many of my posts emphasize focusing on small daily goals and building on them consistently.

By creating a new normal and systemizing your health and weight loss approach with education, encouragement, and expertise, you can achieve clear and confident results.

This helps you avoid confusion and emotional ups and downs that come from inefficient systems and an overwhelming workload.

Get some eyeballs on your daily habits, goals and systems by booking your one-to-one call with me to see what can be done in just a few short months' time.
