Our focus should be on “downstream” results for improving & achieving optimal measurable health, along with preventing & reversing disease states….for a reasonable amount of time (5 - 10 - 20+ year evaluation period), in order to claim any real success…if we are to continue referring it as the “health - care” industry. Not all that challenging / difficult, given all we have in place to monitor - measure - and report / post.
