A Dozen Delights from 2022

Looking back at this challenging year, it is time to celebrate some of the achievements and successes that took place in 2022. Here is a selection of the accomplishments from the past twelve months.

1.   The Panama Clinic

Celebrating clients’ successes feature prominently on this list, starting with The Panama Clinic achieving Temos accreditation on two categories, “Quality in Medical Care” and “Excellence in Medical Tourism”.

During the upheaval and disruption of the two prior years, the newly establish, state-of-the-art hospital in Panama City, focused on treating COVID patients and completing a rigorous review of their standards and policies.

The quality team sought intermittent advice from the experts at Temos headquarters to smooth over some rough spots and gain insight into best practices. The on-site visit by assessors went smoothly in early 2022 to start the year off right for The Panama Clinic.

As the Director of Temos’ Regional Office for Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States, it is gratifying to have the first Temos accredited hospital in Panama.

Wishing the entire team at The Panama Clinic a successful journey as it continues its commitment to continuously improving clinical outcomes, revenue management, and patient experience.
