 Experience: 3 - 10 Years

Location: Chennai

Required Skills:

·  Hands-on expertise in HYPERMESH, ANSA, and LS-Dyna tools for CAE modeling and simulation.

·  Experience in developing system CAE modules across various domains, including:

·  Debugging and fixing welds and BOM model errors.

·  Proficiency in HyperCrash, Primer, TeamCenter, and solvers such as Radioss/LS-Dyna.

·  Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

·  Additional preference for debugging knowledge in TeamCenter and Radioss.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·  Conduct input studies and prepare queries related to CAD, BOM, NGD, Material data, and Connections.

·  Apply BOM and FE mechanisms/functions in safety models.

·  Perform de-penetration and resolve intersections within and across models.

·  Develop subsystem connections (Spot, Seam Welds, Adhesives, Bolts, Joints) and establish Contact Interfaces, Database History, and Analytical Assemblies.

·  Review safety models using standardized checklists and ensure process compliance.

·  Debug and fix errors in models using LS-Dyna.

·  Create runnable analytical assemblies with complete deck information.

·  Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and optimize performance in CAE simulations.

·  Prepare technical presentations and reports for insights and recommendations.
