Dubai: Return to school without PCR tests, the economy is gradually recovering from the pandemic
On August 26th, the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention announced 580 new infections in a single day for a total of 1,012,786, after conducting 227,878 virus tests.
Students in private schools in Dubai will not be required to undergo PCR testing in order to return to class, but the physical distance for children will remain the same. Masks will still be mandatory indoors, but no mandatory outdoors. In addition, once infected with COVID-19, students and staff who have been in close contact with someone infected with the coronavirus but do not have any symptoms do not need to be isolated. They still can go to school.
As Dubai's economy recovers from the Covid-19 pandemic, the Middle East's tourism and business hub, Dubai, has won the bid to host 99 major conferences over the next few years. These events will attract more than 77,000 delegates and generate demand for some 330,000 hotel accommodations over the next few years.
According to the epidemic map of E-PORTS, a global intelligent ship service management platform, under the influence of the new round of Omicron epidemic, the ports in Dubai have adjusted their policies on crew change for Chinese crew as follow:

3. In case of previous infection with COVID-19, a valid medical certificate (including QR code) from the relevant institution proving that the passenger has recovered from the infection within one month before the date of arrival is required.
All people disembarking from Dubai to China including those who are long-term residents in Dubai, Chinese enterprises, temporary domestic visitors to Dubai or third country visitors to Dubai are required to undergo two nucleic acid tests at two different testing facilities within 48 hours and 24 hours before departure. They need to apply for a green code in the small program after obtaining a negative certificate for departure to China. However, if you are a close contact, a person with suspected symptoms, or a person with a suspected positive "PP" nucleic acid test result, you will need to undergo 5 days of health monitoring. If there is no abnormality during that period, you will be required to undergo pre-trip testing and apply for a health code according to the general requirements for people coming to China.
