Ease Creates Peace and Healing

Ease Creates Peace and Healing

Ease is one of The Ten Components of a Thinking Environment®. When I did the online test three and half years back, I realized that this is the most difficult component for me to embody.

I used to have a life philosophy that I should always find a ‘shorter than straight line path’ for everything in life. I would get restless when things did not go at the speed I wanted and pushed hard to make things happen. I would be in a rage when things did not happen on time. I decided to bring Ease into my life and it was a lot of hard work!

Today, I have moved miles to embrace Ease in every walk of my life. I slow down and observe when things do not go the way I want them to go. I sleep over my questions and thoughts so that what has to emerge emerges. I find myself not getting into a rage anymore.

Thus, the stress I create for myself and others around me has drastically reduced. Many people who interact with me regularly have noticed and appreciate this shift.

A dialogue on Ease

If you want to understand the component of Ease, please watch my dialogue with Deepa Deo (Ex-Thoughworker) who I have known from the year 2000. I believe that she is one person who epitomizes Ease among all the people I know. I encourage you to welcome this gift of healing and peace with everyone who matters to you!
