AN EASY CHICKEN KORMA RECIPE🐔👩🍳
A delicious new Korma recipe is shared today
INGREDIENTS: 🥘🐔
2 pounds chicken (curry size)
Cinnamon = 5 pieces small size
Cloves = 5 to 7 pieces
Cardamom = 5 to 6 pieces
Black cardamom = 2 pieces
Bay leaves = 3 pieces
Plain Yogurt = 300 grams (sugar-free)
Cashew nuts = 10 pieces
Paprika = 2 tablespoons
Coriander Powder = 2 tablespoons
Turmeric Powder = 1 tablespoon
Black Pepper = ½ tablespoon
Poppy Seed = 1 tablespoon
Mix spice = 1 tablespoon
Fried Onion = 2 medium size
Regular Sugar = 3 tablespoons
Cumin powder = 1 tablespoon
Star Anise = half of them (do not use full)
Grind fried onion, cashew nuts, and star anise

Heat up 1/2 table cup olive oil in a standard size pot over medium heat. Fry for 3 minutes on medium heat with all the spices, add bay leaves, and 3 tablespoons of garlic and ginger paste.
3 minutes later, add chicken (2 pounds) and fry for 7 minutes on medium heat. Mix in Plain Yogurt and salt to taste as well.

Add Cashew Nuts and Fried Onion Paste right now and Cook it for another 4 minutes.

Continue🔄 to cook on medium heat for 6 minutes. Cook until oil comes to the surface.
Add some water, cover the pot and cook for 15 to 18 minutes.
In addition, you may add artificial flavoring such as Kewra water for 4 drops.
