Apply to the Call for Expression of Interest – Preparatory Action “Innovation for Place-based Transformation”
The European Commission - Joint Research Centre has launched the Preparatory Action (PA) for Innovation in place-based transformation during the EU Week of Regions and Cities.
This call invites European Member States and Horizon Europe-associated countries to submit Expressions of Interest. The PA aims to drive transformative innovations addressing key challenges set by the New European Innovation Agenda (#NEIA).
Tip: Before starting your application, consult the Innovation for Place-Based Transformation ACTIONbook, an action-oriented guide that helps identify local needs and challenges, and supports the development of transformative innovation policies.

EU|BIC Coventry University Brussels Hub is hosting the Summit on Future Proofing Technologically-Facilitated Gender-Based Violence, featuring research by Professor Adrienne Evans and Dr. Lindsay Balfour, alongside speakers from the UK Mission, Meta, Microsoft and more.
The event will launch a co-built framework for TFGBV prevention, focusing on policy-level action, actor network mapping, and addressing trends like AI and immersive technologies.

RESOURCE Project: Call for Experts
Application Deadline: 25th November 2024
EBN is seeking business and technical experts to evaluate up to 10 SMEs and pilot projects in Aragon as part of the RESOURCE project.
Experts will conduct a 360-degree SWOT analysis, provide Business and Technical Assessments & tailored coaching and develop a roadmap for each project’s growth.

SEADE Twinning Programme – Call for Applications

The SEADE Twinning Programme is now open for applications! This is an exciting opportunity for Digital Research & Innovation actors from Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa to collaborate for 24 months, addressing ecosystem challenges and turning research into market-driven solutions.
Selected pairs will benefit from capacity-building activities, funding for onsite visits, and networking with a vibrant community of innovators and researchers.
