Staff members flouted procedural formalities by initially denying proper documentation for complaints, suggesting instead informal notes, thereby illustrating a strategic evasion of accountability.

The attempt to lodge a formal grievance was further marred by unwarranted aggression from other visitors and involved police engagement that mirrored systemic xenophobia. As I was forcibly removed from the premises, the police officers resorted to disparaging communication and issued threats, including remarks like “Leave our country now and don’t come back here,”—a reflection of the broader institutional ethos that aims to subdue and silence refugee voices.
