Education Must Be Passion Driven

Education Must Be Passion Driven

It is high time that the whole formal education system redesign the curriculum and delivery mechanism of education. In most cases, we provide extrinsic motivations like test scores, career opportunities, rewards/awards, etc. to make our students learn what we want them to know. But as per biological and evolutionary design we must create an environment for intrinsic motivations where students will explore, inquire, create, get involved, etc. to learn what they want to know.

What is happening now in schools are reverse eduction and that is not right as per human nature.
