"EDUCATION (SCHOOLING)" THAT CREATES SELF-HATRED (The dangers of societies which have people who are educated but don’t know the truth)

"Societies run by people who are supposed to have all the degrees and titles still struggle, and this is because many people go to school, learn to read, write and do arithmetic but don’t learn to love themselves, have a sense of self-worth, self-esteem or self-concept among others. This has created people in leadership positions who hate themselves and consequently hate their own people. An educated self-hater could be a nightmare for those who are under them, they’ve never learned to love themselves." - Coach TIL

Schools focus mainly on the 3Rs, i.e. to read, write and do arithmetic, which though not bad, is simply not good enough if we wish to elicit the potential that humans possess. The 3Rs are a system designed for people who only wish to take orders (slaves) but not the initiative (masters), some schools of thought say that it’s slavery.

Most schools, especially in Africa focus so much on the 3Rs that they never take time to focus on the 3Ss which is what really matters if we wish to have people who are experts and really good at what they do. To get learners to have a strong sense of self-esteem, self-concept and self-worth is the best gift you can give them.

When the 3Ss are in place, we can have a learner who is capable of figuring things out and being proactive. Such persons are usually totally in love with themselves because they are conscious of what they possess (their potential). This love they have for themselves is then translated into anything the lay their hands on.

While the 3Ss has all these benefits, the exam mentality which goes tot-to-toe with the entitlement, enthronement and bewitchment mentalities is one of the key reasons why the 3Rs has become the focus. The 3Rs focus mainly on getting the final product, even if the process is not respected, followed or mastered. People who do not master processes usually depend on cheating because they are incompetent which is usually demonstrated or covered via hatred for others, especially those who look like potential challengers to the position they occupy and cherish. This creates the position holders we have today with degrees but no results. Let’s talk: https://bit.ly/3CkHA3c.

To avoid falling into this trap of being a self-hating educated person, there’s a massive need for information which is superior and can build the kind of self-esteem needed to raise educated people who love themselves. This information is not common, and it is therefore very important that I present books which have put together to enable you have access to the information that should help you gain the kind of self-esteem which doesn’t rely on petty encouragements but on a clear believe in what you possess. (Get them here: https://bit.ly/3rgs6Op).

This self-hatred caused by these kinds of school systems are the ones that have created the kind of leaders in African nations who prey on their own very people. A nation can only benefit based on the leaders ability to care for his/her people and put them ahead when making decisions. An educated self-hater will easily only use the knowledge gathered to find ways to continue to enslave the people and focus on amassing needless wealth. Nations in Africa might never progress because of educated self-haters who can’t serve the people.

This is quite pertinent, follow me…

A person who has leaned the 3Rs can only be a servant, and such people can’t understand their potential, which implies that they might never be able to find and/or live PURPOSE since PURPOSE depends on potential. This is another channel through which the slavery mindset is propagated because people without PURPOSE simply can’t go for what they deserve because they haven’t believed they’re worth anything in the first place. The struggles in the world, Africa, Cameroon in many areas including business is due to an absence of PURPOSE. Without men walking in PURPOSE, it is only a matter of time a before everything implodes or explodes.

Beyond the four (4) walls of the classroom, the 3Rs will really not make any difference, and this is where the 3Ss and other things gain relevance. Those who take just the 3Rs to the marketplace end up being “educated” but with serious hatred for themselves, hence the leaders we have in business and nations who operate the way they do. Their fruits in Africa are showing proof that we have a system that only focuses on the 3Rs. A few like President Ibrahim Traore of Burkina Faso have shown that even within Africa, leaders with the 3Ss are different.

Follow this very carefully please…

This is why experts are so important, because they have the role to inspire graduates at different levels who hate themselves to reinvent themselves and go for their true dreams. Trainers, coaches and consultants have a lot of work to do giving educated self-haters their true sense of worth, which is the 95% schools take away from us. School provides only 5% and when the learners come to experts, they need to be given back the 95% lost.

The bottom-line...

“School” which many confuse with “education” creates mostly self-hating graduates who have almost nothing to offer but their titles and positions. Those who have only their positions create continents like Africa and the countries which exist within. When a system only gives people elements (3Rs) that makes them only able to take orders (slaves), we can be sure that such persons will hardly be able to love themselves. When you lack a sense of worth and self-love and all that, what we can only get is an educated self-hater. Let’s chat: https://bit.ly/3CkHA3c.
