Effects on Real Estate as a Result of COVID-19

Today in this World, we are experiencing a very nasty deadly Pandemic called COVID-19. I won't get into the disease itself, I am just going to write about what it does for you in reference to the Real Estate Market.

Although, we have had this Pandemic for months, the Real Estate Market has stayed pretty much intact. Interest Rates are low for buyers to qualify for your homes. However, prior to this difficult time in our lives, we had a shortage of inventory, and this is so still very true today. Now is the time to sell your home if you need to sell. Many reasons exist why you may want to sell, upsizing, downsizing, job transfer, Probate, Bankruptcy, Divorce, Death of a Loved One, etc....

If you are in a bad situation as a result of this you and your spouse have chosen to divorce because you found out working from home together, home schooling your children, was not the best thing for your marriage and well being, and of course you have your home. Divorcing is never easy, and you find out that neither of you separately can cover the costs of owning the home when on your own, it is time to sell that home, and perhaps buy individual homes on the other side of the divorce when it is legally final. I can help you with this, work with you and your lawyers to make sure everything is done correctly as a result of your divorce.

If someone passes in your home and that person was the big money maker, and you the remaining spouse realize, you don't make enough money to keep this home, I have people who will buy your home AS IS, Cash Sale, 15 day close, and you walk away from it.

Point is, I have solutions for every situation regarding your Real Estate Needs. I have an entire team of professionals just waiting to help you. My name is Wes Stolsek, OMNI Homes International, 520-404-9773, wesstolsek.viewalltucsonhomes.com, wesstolsek@gmail.com. Let me help you!
