Although, we have had this Pandemic for months, the Real Estate Market has stayed pretty much intact. Interest Rates are low for buyers to qualify for your homes. However, prior to this difficult time in our lives, we had a shortage of inventory, and this is so still very true today. Now is the time to sell your home if you need to sell.
