1. According to material:

Stainless steel: It is mostly used in industries with high requirements for hygienic environment, such as food and medicine. It is acid-resistant, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, not easy to rust, and easy to clean after use. Its service life is longer than that of carbon steel.

Carbon steel: Used in industries that do not have very strict hygiene requirements. It has lower cost, large transportation capacity, good heat insulation effect, no need for cooling devices, and low power consumption. However, the anti-corrosion and anti-rust effects are somewhat inferior.

2. According to the conveying angle:

Horizontal: used for continuous and even transportation of loose materials horizontally or slightly inclined (below 20º). The transportation distance is generally not more than 20 meters.

Incline: used to convey materials within a 60° range, with a conveying length of up to 60 meters.

Vertical: Conveys materials vertically upward at 90°. The rotation speed is higher than that of ordinary screw conveyors. The lifting height is generally not more than 3 meters.
