Overview:

The Paralegal and Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for supporting legal teams by performing paralegal duties and handling data entry tasks. This role involves assisting with legal research, preparing documents, maintaining databases, and ensuring accurate data entry across various legal and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a legal environment with strong data management skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update legal databases and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.

- Organize and maintain legal documents, case files, and records.

- Perform accurate and efficient data entry related to legal documents, contracts, and case files.

- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all legal and client data.

- Assist with preparing reports, legal forms, and correspondence.

- Assist legal teams with legal research, document preparation, and filing.

- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders regarding case updates.

- Work closely with attorneys and other legal staff to ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.

- Conduct research to support legal proceedings and case strategies.

-Utilize Saudi legal platforms such as Najiz. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in a paralegal role or a similar legal support position.

- Proficiency in data entry and legal database management.

- Knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and documentation.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Strong legal research and writing skills.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency with legal software and tools (e.g., MS Office, legal research databases, case management systems). 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Associate's degree or certificate in paralegal studies or related legal discipline.

- Previous experience with legal data entry and case management systems.

- Familiarity with legal filing processes in local, state, or federal courts. 

Years of Experience:

- 2-3 years of experience in a paralegal or legal support role, with a focus on data entry and document management.
