There will most likely will not be any coaching that could change any unexpected outcome and sooth the anxietal fears that some are experiencing from today's loss. Almost 50% of our Men and Women are feeling deep emotion over election results- The defeat of Kamala Harris over Donald Trump, a two time convicted Felon.

In the therapy/coaching world, its important to "listen" to the person conveying their fears and anxieties. They have to be allowed to get it out of their system.

Since we have these First Amendment rights and freedoms, and its what we love about this Country, I decided to pause, breathe, and allow people to express theirselves without trying to be too diplomatic or to politically correct, with my feedback in areas of fears and anxiety.

I didn't want to supress anyone from expressing theirselves yesterday, hence the delay in my post.

I'm not a Mother, but you should know there is NOT a single woman in the world that I know, that hasn't experienced a misscarriage. Its nerve racking to find yourself bleeding out uncontrollably.

I shed a tear for young women who will be your children, grandchildren or nieces who might be married, make a mistake, be raped, or be a victim of incest, and will not know what to do.

A KIND REMINDER TO EVERYONE

I'm creating awareness to build Resillient humans, starting now.

Women are going to pick theirselves up off the floor, starting today.

Some of us women, want you to have some awareness.

Its about one of the greatest obligations you now have as a Caregiver to YOUR future generations.

You will need to protect your daughters, nieces or grandchildren with all the support you can muster.

Miscarriages or spontaneous abortions occur in about 10-20% of recognized pregnancies, but the actual rate may be closer to 40% when considering early losses.

Here's an example for you to understand the impact.

Children have already died because Physicians drug their feet, when it came to Mothers accompanying their children at hospitals, and did not receive the care they needed. When they experienced symptoms of miscarriage and bleeding, and where an abortion should have been performed in already terminating fetuses, they weren't.

Kamala Harris, Oprah Winfrey and Jennifer Lopez, covered this conversation in a Webex session they had, with a Black family, approximately 2-3 weeks ago. The decision to leave it to the States, mainly affects marginalized groups.

Doctors feared loosing their licenses due to their State obligations, so they drug their feet, not knowing how to face it. Women died.

So, understand when you need to escalate and helicopter your family out of state, should this happen to you.

Women are NOT broken. The system IS broken.

Hat's off to those parents who will find that particular area, to be their purpose.

Support them, don't complain or be irritated about them. Learn from them.

A- PLAYERS

We need Breach Handlers, Policy people, Communications people, to step up in video or podcasting mics. Can you be brave souls please?

Do not let yourselves get overthrown by over worrying about China in an ARMS race.

They're depressed, and we've got this!

Sure, I worry about troops lining up in Russia too, but we cross that bridge when we actually get there. Got it?


Remember: Worry is your worst enemy, and so is fear.

This is my staple knowledge point for you.

I've hypnotized for it, and it works.

I'm excited by what I will bring to you in my Events too

I'm still looking for a company to book me for 145 people in mid January.

I'm running out of time, and "the hand that doesn't speak up, doesn't get fed".

For now:

Worry is the #1 most unproductive thing we can do.

It serves NO purpose in our lives. NONE!

This is the best way I know how to help folks intermittently.

You stay in the present moment.

ANXIETAL TIPS

1) Stay busy on doing something else more productive, versus worrying about the future.

2) If talking it out on Podcast helps, then do it, but don't let it overwhelm you and keep you stuck there for too long.

3) Do a Box Breath- its one of many types. You inhale deep within your nose, and breath in for a count of 4, hold it for a count of 4, release it for a count of 4, then repeat.

4) Know when to pull yourself from news and social media, if you must.

5) Walk your dog, ride a bike, take up a hobby, engage with us here in community.

6) Participate in local Communities, Volunteer, and gain a sense of control and purpose

7) Engage with nature and the elements of the world. beach, forest, hikes, traveling,

8) Dig your feet in the sand at the park or beach, kick a soccer ball, shoot hoops, fly a kite with your children/grandchildren

9) Visit with loved one's: Elders, and people you've not checked in with. The gift of your time, and bringing someone a meal, or releasing a Caregiver up for a couple of hours, is so appreciated, and you'll feel good doing it.

10) Set limits on your childrens in take too, and make sure your walks include them too.

11) Apply your energy into stretching, excercising, dieting, cleansing, or eating healthy

12) Clean out one corner of your house, one room, or one corner of the garage, saving some for another day.

13) Take care of garden, plants or clean the backyard and prepare now for January cleaning.

14) Plan a road trip, your soup kitchen help, or some giveback.

15) Work on your business efforts, if that's your unstoppabble drive, but understand that's not pacing yourselves, and you will burnout. You need a pattern interrupt, to break an old habit, and create a new one, for re-energizing purposes. You're most creative juices are going to be, when you are in a flow state, when you are relaxing.

14) The most important one: Have faith in your almighty God. Be in touch with your spirituality, the Universe and your ability to receive more in abundance that comes to you. Be in a place of gratitude and ready to receive more.

15) Create your private sanctuaries, read a book, sit in the warm sun while doing it.

16) You have to clear your own roadblocks, and be ready to receive life's goodness, do NOT talk to scarcity, and what you wont have.

17) Let go of the HAVE NOT talk! It only spins people up in anxieties further.

18) Embrace the "I'm ready for something more talk"

UNDERSTAND WHAT NORMALLY HAPPENS IN THERAPY

In typical private therapy sessions, folks will normally be taken thru a process where you have to go deep into your pains and traumas, before you can come out of them, and start to move forward. Therapists, will typically help you to find the answers for yourself, with guidance.

Its a very similar process to Sales, and Sales Coaching, if you think about it.

There's typically, a little bit of regression work that takes place (around Trauma and understanding the environment/the pain points), before you can start to be trained into having compassion for the opposing person.

After one finishes intensifying their pains with a Therapist, their working thru a process of having compassion for that person, exercising forgiveness to the person that wronged them, and then working thru having compassion and kindness for themselves, is what happens. Its facinating work to see on stage.

Its something that I actually wanted to bring into my Mindfulness Burnout Trainings.

I thought, I'd might have some elements of surprise to expose folks to this type of work to witness it.

There's no question, I'm looking to drive value in my Networking Events, which will pack value and be worth the money.

Its the most facinating thing to watch someone go thru this process. It literally changed my life to watch it unfold, and did not leave a dry eye in the house.

I could tell you stories on end, but I'll save those for my Events.

For now, I want to express myself.

I need a little supportive help from folks in my networks, as I struggle to follow up fast enough, and to cut thru limited believers in my path now.

I'm impatient perhaps.

Once I break this first habit, I know that the second Event will come much easier.

DISCONNECTS & MISFIRES BETWEEN MEN AND WOMEN

In person events, are still of the most promising ways to source opportunity, and its "The way" that Salespeople do. With remote working, and skyrocketing business costs, investment costs in ourselves, plus Caregiving, it becomes difficult to manage, but I'm pushing thru for myself, serving in modified fashion, when I have to balance.

It would be great to have some help from all my Communities, if you'd like to book me.

I'm creating a dream with everyone else's dream inside of it.

In true fashion, its serving into the WIFM, "What's in it for you?"

As a business Leader, if you are experiencing business latency, you are not serving up clarity.

You've got to tell people where you are going.

If you're not growing, you are dying!

I'm NOT dying folks.

This is what a brave Caregiver looks like.

INTROSPECTION WORK

I'm working hard toward the useful blueprint of how to build people up, instead of tear them down. Its going to be useful to you and your organizations.

Doing introspection work does not come cheap, by any means.

When I offer a similar, but differentiated Networking experience, I hope to pack the value you don't see in muscle your way into Networking groups. I'm going to try to do it more differently for you.

BEING VULNERABLE

I was prematurely graduated from my introspection, and had fallen to my own devices, when I found 8 weeks of work to collide with my CISO Trainings, and I couldn't keep up with hospitalizations here at home too. I'm just bringing you further into the life of the ambitious Caregiver.

I had to pull away from one Training, to make way for the new (my future me), that would continue to build on my skills, in order to move my needle forward. That's the hard work.

There were a team of 8 coaches that surrounded me, some certified Trainers in the Tony Robbins organization. I will share and give gratitude to them in my next post.

Did you know, its an exclusive opportunity to be working in the Tony Robbins organization? One has to first get selected, then they have to pay their way thru weeks of training, be all in on themselves, and get selected among thousands, to finally teach with him, as a consultant.

I want to thank the many coaches that assisted me. I was in awe to see the rate of folks, being leveled off. Its reported by the Leap Academy that they've not seen job boards work for nearly 2 years now. I've tested it long enough, to know it to be true too.

I grasped a team of 8 female coaches, who filled us up, with positive goodness.

WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE

Ironically, I could marry similarities of understandings I've learned in cognitive understandings, from previous trainings of the Alzeimers Organization, The NAMI Organization (which helps people with Mental Health Assistance), and that of the Leap Academy, my own understandings in Selling, what it takes to Navigate the Storms, my Caregiving experience, and my past learnings from a Repeitive stress injury that still plagues me, not to mention physical falls that I've continually got up from, and how I bring my practical knowledge and mindset knowledge together.

I'm one damn Resillient Human being, and I've figured out, that this is my strength. Its led me to combine and fill an important purpose, while planning to give in Community spirit. I'm working thru the Blueprint to combine my training for too many people for which a new kind of educating is required.

THE SECRET REVEALED

"THE STORM ACTUALLY LIES WITHIN YOU!"

More chaos may or may not serve itself up to us, so I need you to be strong, starting today.

Now that you know it, we're not going to let anyone eat at us, are we?

We might have our slip ups, cause we're human, but

WE'RE GOING TO DO OUR BEST TO HELP EACH OTHER, EVEN MORE, DURING TURBULENT TIMES AND WE'RE ALL GOING TO SUPPORT DIVERSITY & UNITY LIKE YOU NEVER HAVE BEFORE

When I took the risk on myself, I didn't know that it would be in an 8 week course or maybe I forgot and didn't care. My head is all in. They ended up accomodating me, for my vacation and hospitalizations, and the fact that I tried to jockey Cybersecurity outputs simultaneously too.

Now, that's what I'm talking about!! Accomodations and understanding for Caregivers!

We're going to change the societal norms-effectively today.

We're definitely NOT going to take anyone sh*tting on Caregivers and hating on people!

That's a boundary we're entitled to draw.

I will take full ownership for my own setbacks, that aren't really set backs, in the grand scheme of things, but let's hope someone who's for women, will make a stretch for this woman.

If I loose my Forest slot, well I will understand, "It is, what it is".

I'll come at you even stronger, should folks not be able to roll up to me in swift mode.

KNOW WHATS COVERED IN AN INTROSPECTION

I need you to know the value of this Caregiver, and the effort she puts into herself.

It a lot of self awareness work. For example, I know where I rank on many of these traits, and when you have true self awareness, and put efforts toward trying to make an economy better for others, well I hope that you will value what a Strategic Caregiver can also provide in business opportunities.

For many Community Builders, this comes natural in ways of maturity to be able to recognize others talent and know when to do something with the talent before them.

For others, we might experience their toxic influence, so we're not going to be caught off guard by it. We're going to recognize it, and we're going to build our resillience against it.

CREATING BOUNDARIES:

I'm buildiing up your Resillience now, but I'm also creating boundaries,

just so you have some mental awareness.

After I got the word that Trump won yesterday, I took a walk to breathe.

I called a friend who started walking with me. She moved from TN to CA. It was our 2nd day out on our new walks, and she tells me "Diane, I need to tell you something."

I said, "What?" She says, I'm walking my usual path that I walk, but now there's a house in my neighborhood that is flying a flag.

It's a flag with a Snake on it". Its a yellow flag that says "Don't Tread on Me".

I said, "What does that mean?" She says while in Tennesse, White Supremists would waive this flag, alongside their Confederate Flags, and their Swastica Flags, and they'd even fly them proudly on their cars.

I said, "Oh Boy, well just walk past it swiftly, and stay on the phone with me."

You know what she said to me, as a woman of Christ? "If they feel the need to take me, then that's on them, before the love of God."

I was so proud of her fearlessness and how she stood strong in her faith. She didn't get upset, but felt the need to warn me, just like I'm doing for you, so you can warn your children. It helps to lessen fears and anxieties.

You must educate them on Diversity & Inclusion.

The Confederate flag, the Swastika are both controversal due to their associations due to racism, hate and white supremacy. Never in my life, have I ever had to feel anything but a melting pot.

I told you, we're building up our Resilliences together.

Creating boundaries is about creating a safe space for yourself, to feel valued, and

be able to express what you will not tolerate.

Don't constantly give, if its going to give you a sense of resentment that drains your well.

If you are pouring and giving in generosity without rest and receiving, then we're not working well for ourselves.

Hold your boundaries, declare a level of self respect for yourself, get your rest, and be a Resillient Warrior with us.

WE'RE GOING TO STAY POSITIVE. YOU GOT ME?

I've been trained to not allow the negatives to trigger me.

I share this with some, to be able to rise above the noise too.

We don't want to get to lost in Politics, but if you're headed to the White House, then show us what you've got, and help others to know how to get there too, if they want.

We're not restricted from being our authentic selves and are encouraged to speak to being unstoppable. We're encouraged to understand ourselves, to take actions and keep moving our needle forward. We're going to try to do our best to stay focused to keep taking actions.

BE CAREFUL OF WHAT NARRATIVES (OR INNER SPEAK) YOU FEED TO YOURSELVES

I don't want women, buying into this notion that they've lost their power.

Nothing's changed for you, unless you let it.

You've still got your power! Knowledge is power!

Now is the time for you to innovatively shape your future and leap for the magic.

With revolutionary times, comes incredible innovative opportunities for you.

I'm pleased with the results of where I rank on most being in the upper percentiles.

I'm not perfect, but deep down, I'm a good woman, who's about improving and developing

people to be Transformational Leaders, versus Transactional Leaders too.


I put my money where my mouth is, to learn, and I aid others to learn from me, but my

Events will come at a price, and they will pack value too.

ACTION:

I can do more, if I hear from folks by tomorrow.

If I fail due to my own unfortunate circumstances, I'm not worried, as I will come at it again, stronger yet, cause I'm still stacking and balancing too.

You can expect that I will most definitely continue to challenge the status quo for purposes of disrupting ourselves, so that we can usher in change amongst the new Leaders

OUR COMMUNITY WORK IS MORE IMPORTANT NOW THAN EVER

We're going to show the world that Tech, Women, Community Builders (otherwise known as A- Players) are not broken people. We are the Leaders of tomorrow!

We might be tasked with expenses, balancing family, and people may not value it, but we're going to stand up continually, at every chance we get, and we're still going to fight to WIN for our families, regardless of a vote outcome.

It would be nice to have the Men supporting us Women.

PEOPLE LEARNING TO COPE WITH FEARS AND ANXIETIES

A personal story, I'm comfortable sharing.

Today, when I look at my husbands own coping mechanisms, I can clearly see, he is not strengthened, and cannot mentally cope in conducting his Caregiving. Its not that I don't have empathy for him.

He declines to mentally care for himself and to do conditioning of his mind. To me, the best people interested in coaching, are those dedicated to their success to do things more differently and more productively.

He's fixated in saying "NO" and deprives himself of a life to be better lived.

You're probably laughing at me, as I'm laughing at myself, at how ironic this is for me to be with someone, who has a "NO" mentality, when I have a "YES" mentality.

Perhaps its strengthened me over the years, but women tire of old habits unchanged.

We're molding the new society and ways to embrace us differently.

We're not afraid to shape a world to what we need. I'm not!

Every NO, brings us closer to a YES.

THE PARALLELS OF SALES

Its why "NO's" don't scare me in Sales.

They instead intrigue me to figure out the problem.

In Sales, you want to understand the reason for the NO, by asking the simple question.

"Help me to understand why you are saying NO or cannot respond?"

When you can do this, this is when the real communication starts.

This is where I start to understand the needs even better, and how I can help to create champions in the organization, to overcome obstacles, or to help to drive even more value.

The non-response or standoffish response from Leaders is an issue.

In today's world, I'm a straight shooter, who will wrangle folks regardless of title, and get down to business in figuring out problems for you, if you need this help within your organization.

If you're too fearful to talk to Salespeople, well we're not really getting anywhere productive, are we?

We have a lot of people still posting and talking in the industry.

When we cannot learn to break old habits, and evolve with revolutionary times, its a problem for us diverse people.

WHERE DOES THE POSITIVITY COMES FROM?

(BUILDING CREDIBILITY)

There's work to it.

There are many reasons why I have a "YES" mentality.

Its built from the inside, and most Sales people grow into it.

It takes years to build into an open-minded mindset, especially if you are new at it,

and amongst chaos too.

Similar to the Sales mindset, Introspection work is about working from the inside out.

If you've not done it, I highly recommend it.

I've personally, spend a whole retreat with Martha Beck, who is one of the most amazing Change Agents, who is considered the "Coach of all Coaches". She's a Harvard Psychologist who's written books, such as, Diana, Herself which is a fictional book about a woman who joins a mystical reality TV Star and finds herself on a mystical journey of self discovery and spiritual awakening. She learns to overcome her past traumas and embrace her inherent magnificence, ultimately realizing her connection to all life.

Isn't this something? Sound like anyone you know?

How about the irony of the name of the book?

The book blends elements of fantasy with themes of personal growth and alignment, and other books like "Finding your Own North Star", "The Way of Integrity", "Steering by Starlight". She's written for Oprah and is an Architect of Change.

She's up there and are close friends with Brene Brown, Byron Katie, Elizabeth Gilbert, the Author of Eat Pray Love, and others, for those of you whom I can see by your posts, are tuned in.

PUSHING THRU LIMITED BELIEVERS

I want you to all to start to noticing how often you come into contact with persons of limited beliefs of themselves, the habits they wont break, the things they might believe to be true, when they are not and have not been able to validate they are true. These limited believers or toxic batterers, transpire their limited beliefs across a multitude of areas of their life and workplaces too.

Are you someone who:

1) Takes the grocery items out of your wife's grocery cart?

2) Do you often get irritated with tools you misplace, then ask your wife where your tools are at?

3) Do you decline vacations and the interest to spend time together?

4) Are you irritated by the tasks associated with taking care of your kids?

5) How about the time you will spend with an Elder parent or a disabled person?

6) Are you holding someone from asking you questions in a technical field of study?

7) Are you someone who writes books for a field, but don't make yourself available to that field in working groups, or in places for women too?

8) Are you a business that makes worldclass money, but won't put a phone line (human in the loop) in place to service your customers?

9) Are you running a Networking group that is stopping short of embracing someone?

10) Have you ever gotten to frustrating point of telling someone, that you are not serving your business purposes, and you could be doing things better?

11) Are you worried that someone else will take your business from you in this abundant climate?

12) Do you pass up opportunities to engage in conversation with a woman?

13) Are you still talking in silos?

14) Are you excluding women from your panels still?

15) Are you highly frustrated with your job, feel overwhelmed, like you can't keep up, so you feel like the police of people?

16) Do you look for keys or glasses, all to find them in your hand, in your shirt, or on your head?

17) Are you still conferencing in male panels and excluding women?

18) Are you still afraid to create Innovation Catalysts that will take in honest feedback from Caregivers?

19) Are you someone who can't delegate or ask for help?

These might seem like off questions, but they are questions that are telling when someone still can't break a bad habit.

Its better to face these fears and be frank with yourselves, than to avoid women, rake them over the coals, speak to their lack of confidence, their deficiencies, and continue on and on with Imposter Syndrome talk in society.

Why NOT solve the problem that frustrates and be a contributor to uplift women?

WOMEN ARE DEVELOPING NEW SOCIETAL NORMS

Its starts today.

STORYTIME

Who remembers the story of the time I had to move a double stacked washer and dryer out of a cornered position, in order to have my appliance motor replaced? This was over a year ago.

The need happened to surface again, this time with a secondary set of Washer/Dryer Units.

This time, my husband had to free up his day to do what I had to do over a year ago.

I couldn't help him with my hands full. The Innovative Manufacturer, could not improve on their Customer Service processes in a year either.

Just Unbelieveable!

The Habits we still cannot break in servicing customers, who are closest to the problems.

The chatbot process only differed slightly better, but still wastes a Caregiver's valuable time.

Keep sharing those Disruptors, who are truly driving an empathetic approach and are helping us Caregivers of a World.

Keep looking for those Worldclass companies that will elevate us diverse women.

AN ELECTION YEAR VOTE WILL NOT BREAK A WOMAN

I want to see Women on Boards, asking the right questions, on behalf of Caregivers of a World.

So here's a new strategic move.

YOU, THE COMMUNITY A-PLAYERS, COMMUNITY BUILDERS, VC'S, STARTUP FOUNDERS, BOARD MEMBERS NON-PROFIT LEADERS, DEVELOPERS, POLICY, LEGAL, GOVT, WOMEN, and SALES LEADERS

ARE HEREBY BEING INDUCTED INTO THE LEGENDARY ROLE OF...

"CAREGIVERS TO A WORLD"



ACTION:

We're going to build up our Resilliences even better.

We're going to keep emphasizing what true Empathy, Diversity, Caregiving and Human Centered approaches are about.

We're going to start hearing the words that are curtailed to support Caregivers effective today, not only in empathy, but in Innovating and shaping our future that is designed to meet our needs.

SHAPING A NEW WORLD STARTS TODAY

No one person is going to do it alone, NOT without women.

NOT without intentional efforts to support Caregivers of the World.

As Caregivers to a World, you're going to question it, and even better, you're going to stand up to it, provide a sense of belonging for all persons, and insist in workplace cultural support that's designed for ALL persons.

You've got to be brave, fearless, and feel you can express yourself without judgement, fear of loosing a job, being excluded, being mistreated in the workplace, feeling you don't have a sense of belonging, being told you cannot succeed in a career of choice, and cannot leap for the magic.
