Electromechanical Cylinder Applications
In order to continue to grow, we are expanding our portfolio of technical solutions by integrating proven standard components from Bosch Rexroth to offer ready-to-install linear motion systems.
On this occasion, our systems consist of an electromechanical cylinder (EMC) reinforced with a linear guidance unit, the purpose of which is to increase the radial load to be supported by the EMC. This guiding unit is manufactured with linear ball bearings and hardened steel bars, suitable to withstand the speeds and loads to which the system will be subjected.
To complete each unit, a servomotor with absolute encoder is included, which allows us to achieve a high degree of precision, dynamics and control capacity.
The whole system is designed to shorten cycle times, as well as to increase flexibility and quality in production processes.
