XDE440: Worlds Largest Rear-Wheel Drive Rigid Mining Truck

XCMG has successfully designed, developed, and manufactured the world's largest rear-wheel drive rigid mining truck, the XDE440, adhering to the highest industry standards in high-end mining markets such as those in South America, North America, Australia, and beyond. This groundbreaking product can guarantee 7,300 annual working hours with a potential availability rate of over 95%.

With a loading capacity of 400 tons, which is the equivalent of a three-story building, the XDE440 sets a new world record for the highest loading capacity of a rear-wheel drive rigid mining truck.

The XCMG R&D team has independently tackled a number of internationally leading key core technologies, such as intelligent variable frequency traction, high-torque wheel hub drive, cab roll protection, anti-fatigue design of large load-bearing components and more. The XDE440 is the world's largest tonnage AC electric drive dump truck independently developed by XCMG.

XE7000: the Largest Tonnage Hydraulic Excavator Made in China

The XE7000 mining hydraulic excavator has a self-weight of 673 tons, equivalent to the weight of 500 cars. It is 23.5 meters long, roughly the length of an adult blue whale, with a width of 9.09 meters and a height of 9.44 meters. The bucket capacity ranges from 30 to 36 cubic meters, allowing it to excavate 60 tons of material in one scoop—enough to accommodate 100 adults. The excavator’s maximum digging radius is 16.7 meters, with a digging height of 18.7 meters and a digging depth of 3.8 meters. Its maximum thrust reaches 243 tons, and its digging force is approximately 230 tons, making it an extremely powerful machine.

Depending on the needs, it can be equipped with a diesel engine featuring a 13,600-liter fuel tank or an electric engine powered by two 1,700-horsepower motors. With the capability to hoist 230 tons at a height of 170 meters, the XCA4000 sets a new benchmark for the highest and heaviest lifting capacity among wheeled cranes.

XGC88000, the world's largest crawler crane developed by XCMG, with CE Mark approved, has three internationally pioneering technologies, six world-leading technologies and more than 80 national patents.

Since the XGC88000 came onto the market in 2013, it has taken lead roles in major construction projects worldwide delivering superb achievements. It set the largest hoisting record of 2,155 tons in 2013 after hoisting and installing a Fischer–Tropsch process reactor, and the latest 2,600-ton lifting weight not only broke the model's own record since its market release, but also set a new engineering-applied record for the world's largest mobile crawler crane.

XR1600E: the Worlds Largest Rotary Drilling Rig

The XCMG XR1600E rotary drilling rig can reach a maximum drilling depth of 190 meters and a maximum drilling diameter of 7.5 meters, making it the preferred model for super-large pile foundation projects such as super high-rise buildings, high-speed railways, cross-river and cross-sea bridges, and offshore wind farms.

DG101: The Worlds Tallest Aerial Platform Fire Truck

The DG101 combines a super-large aerial work platform and a high-spray fire truck into one unit, with a maximum platform height of 101 meters and a maximum working height of 103 meters.
