Elivia Homes Eastern continues its strong sales success with more site news coming soon… 🏡📈

The first half of 2024 has been a busy period for our Eastern region, with new developments commencing, key hires across the team, and significant progress in sales performance.

Rectory Meadows and Lillybank, both exceptional sites in East Sussex, have seen successful performances with recent reservations. Rectory Meadows saw two homes reserved in June, and Lillybank has achieved remarkable progress, with just two homes now remaining out of the original 50 plots, demonstrating strong demand for our quality design-led homes.

Lanthorne Place in Kent continues the in-demand trend with only nine homes left to sell from the initial 53 plots. The high interest and desirability of our developments in this prime location are also evident at The Nurseries, where all 18 homes have been sold. The last home was reserved at the end of May, marking the complete sell-out of this beautiful development.

Another significant success story is Paddock View in Surrey. This boutique development of four large, detached homes saw the final plot reserved last month. All homes have been reserved off-plan, delivering fantastic sales performance for the site.

To boost the delivery of these developments and sustain Eastern’s regional growth, the team, led by Regional MD Peter Hutson , has recently welcomed a couple of senior hires. Among them are Associate Land Director Will Simons and Technical Manager Joe Keerie . These strategic additions will enable the region to seize the opportunities that lie ahead. 🚀
