The best generation of leader should have this: They know where to focus and they can cause others to change direction and take the right one. If a leader don't know where to focus then it is not a leader. Besides leadership is an act and not a role. It is something that anymore from his/her place can do and perform acts of leadership. Leaders produce more Leaders around them. I see the future for inspired leadership and not "inspiring leadership"
